Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Sokommerce, operated by A&K Worldwide Enterprises FZCO. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your shop information and for keeping your login secure. You must be legally allowed to sell the products or services you list.
Selling on Sokommerce
- You set your own prices and are responsible for fulfilling your orders and services.
- For dropship (import) items, we source and arrange delivery; you pay the goods cost to ship.
- You are responsible for the quality, legality and accurate description of what you sell.
Payments & fees
Sokommerce charges 0% commission on your sales — customer payments go directly to your M-PESA. We charge only for optional subscription plans (Biashara, Bingwa) and promotional features (Boost), as shown in the app. Goods costs for dropship orders are payable before fulfilment.
Acceptable use
You may not use Sokommerce to sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods, to defraud customers, or to violate any applicable law. We may suspend shops that breach these Terms.
Liability
The platform is provided "as is". Sokommerce is a tool that connects sellers and customers; transactions, delivery and service quality are the responsibility of the seller. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your sales or third-party services.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, where A&K Worldwide Enterprises FZCO is registered, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
